About Knolla’s Maize

The Maize Knolla’s Pizza location was opened by Dan and Ruth Knolla in November of 2013. This restaurant has a modern, casual look. At the lunch counter, you can watch the pizza-makers prepare your food while you wait. There’s inside seating for around 45 people, plus a lovely patio area outside can seat 24. Our patio is available for events such as birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, meetings, and more. To find us, look for the tower on the south end of the Hampton Lakes Retail Center on north Maize Road. Currently offering carryout, curbside, limited dine-in and 3rd party delivery with DoorDash or Delivery.com
